I cannot stress enough how badly we need proctors for state testing. We are the largest middle school in CMS with the most assessments to administer. If we do not get enough volunteers we will have to split testing days which would result in end of year events getting cancelled. This includes the 6th grade Beach Party, 8th grade lunch, Powder Puff and Promotion Ceremonies. Please email
Jessica Shoup if you can help. Thank you!!

EOG Proctors Needed - May 31 - June 8
Community House Middle School is in need of proctors for the end of the year tests. Tests will be taking place May 31 through June 8. Each testing session is required to have a proctor. With our large size, we are in need of at least 80 proctors for each day of testing. Please visit the link below for more information and to sign up for proctoring. We cannot have successful test sessions without the help of our proctors! All proctors must be approved volunteers.
7th Grade Immunization Update
Students entering 7th grade are required to have the following vaccines:
One Tdap ( Tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis vaccine)

If your student has already received these vaccinations, feel free to send in a copy of their vaccination record this year or over the summer.
Please contact your health care provider or local health department if your child is in need of these vaccines.
